Stichting Knowledge & Development Centre Mainport Schiphol (KDC) saves personal data of relations during contractual work and of students of the Center of Excellence. We also save personal data when a complaint or request is submitted with KDC.

We collect your data for the following purposes:
- to publish the graduation subjects and results of your internship
- to process your complaint or request
- to answer your questions or handle your requests or complaints via email, post or telephone
How long are my personal data kept?
We save personal data as long as we have a business relation. When you have your internschip with us, you cannot delete your data yourself, unless you object to this in writing. For the handling of complaints and requests, we observe a retention period of 7 years.
Are my data shared with third parties?
It’s good to know that we do not provide or sell any of your personal data to third parties. The personal data you enter via the KDC-website are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Is my personal data secure with KDC?
We greatly value your privacy. That is why we have taken security measures to prevent theft, loss or other unlawful use of your personal data. Information exchange with our website is secure and encrypted.
Where can I submit a request to access my personal data or have them corrected or deleted?
